Responsibilities:

• Promote the best interests of clients by adhering to the core company values of Transparency and Diversity.
• Committed to the growth of the company and its product development.
• Prospect new leads and facilitate onboarding of new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing retail clients and drive the growth of the organic business.
• Develop and execute a personal sales plan that speaks to the company's core values and aligns with the performance requirements of the respective sales team.
• Attainment of monthly sales targets and KPI’s

• Adhere to regulatory conduct and guidelines.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Advantageous)
• RE5 qualification (Advantageous)
• Prior industry-related sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Ability to tailor-make and close business deals
• Proven sales track record

Salary:

• Highly competitive basic salary with an above-average commission structure based on experience and skill.
